Searching for Sparrows
Novel-in-progress
After experiencing some disastrous life changes, Jeffrey decides there’s only one thing to keep him from ending it all, the one thing that's been there all along: Edith Piaf. Armed with his mother’s old Samsonite and an iPod full of music, he goes to Paris to search for signs of her. If she still exists, even in small ways, then surely life is worth living. Much to his surprise he finds Edith – and plenty of other important signs – everywhere. It’s Paris, after all. And what’s Paris without a little Piaf? (Or life without a little Paris, for that matter.)
